Stuff we were supposed to do by Aug 1 rehearsal:
Laura - Home Perm Commercial andn Planet Man #11 scripts to members/web and bring Kyle to rehearsal, minus the de-flowering.
Steve - Bob and Ray script to members/web and an edited down Whistler.
Bob - Contact Tom Mitchell about CLC opportunities and cost details/insurance---Bring flyers to CLC.
Virginia - Music researching - Whistler and Luigi for 8/1
Chris - Edit Pete Moss and distribute, and update members info on site.
Everyone is supposed to email their MOONROOM Recording availability to Chris/Steve.
Other items we should not forget or to get back to:
Fund-raising opportunities? (For posters, Virginia's new keyboard, any audio equipment and/or SFX materials we might need?)
How about a "Friends of TOTM" type donation thing/package? For "Tiered" amounts of donations, people can become "Members" of the Society of the Mindless or somesuch thing ala Lil' Orphan Annie's old club, etc? They could get a pin or button for basic, for next level, pin plus a CD of our latest show; next level, all that plus last two shows, etc. (My father would most likely/hopefully be able to help us out in the promotional material stuff like that --T-shirts/mugs/pins even?) |
